Exectech specializes in providing management consulting to organizations seeking to improve the effectiveness of their software engineering organization. Our principal, Dean Stevens, has proven experience in solving problems such as the consistent failure to deliver quality code on schedule, high turnover, morale problems, and recruiting difficulties. We perform a range of services, from advising and mentoring inexperienced engineering leaders to serving as the head of engineering on an interim basis. We can also advise corporate executives on issues involving engineering management and technology.

Our highly skilled development organization specializes in contract development of Java and  C++ products that operate under  Microsoft Windows and Windows NT .  Our team provides a full range of development and testing services.  We assume responsibility for complete products or significant subsystems of our clients' products.  We work from our own facilities, however, we look forward to spending time with our customers to better understand their requirements and specifications.
